When signing into Staging as user Sev Schedcss (ssoissoetesting+mhvcss3@gmail.com) and navigating to the appointments static landing page the VA Spokane health care facility is listed twice in the redirect widget. Also, notice on the appointment summary list shows Mann-Grandstaff Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center listed twice. See images below:
