We are encountering an issue where maintenance windows are not appearing for the Auth Exp and 1010 teams. Both teams attempted to add maintenance windows in the staging environment this morning, but they are not showing up in the application or in the /v0/maintenance_windows/ response. This functionality has worked previously for these services.

Could we get some assistance to troubleshoot this issue?
