[UX] 10-10EZ - Insurance: Designs + Source of truth updates for general insurance page content

Issue Description

As a Veteran I want the instructions on the general insurance page to be clear, the most recent and not confusing.

Update the general insurance page content in the Figma designs to match what is live on the EZR, PLUS remove the references to Medicare since that is asked on the previous question. (alleviate Veteran confusion)

Update source of truth UX files:

1. [ ] Update the Figma shared content library file with any content changes or new content/pages that were added
2. [ ] Publish the EZ/EZR shared library once the updates are completed.
3. [ ] Open the product file and sync the content library changes.
4. [ ] Update the github content source of truth file

Acceptance criteria:

• All source of truth documents listed are updated with the recently launched changes.

We discussed this during the weekly content sync on 7/26 with @aliyahblackmore (tagging you in this ticket for awareness). The decision was to proceed with these updates (removing the word Medicare and the comma and matching content to the EZR) and this does not require a content request ticket or full review.
