As a 10-7959a applicant I want to include more than 1 claim on the form so that I don't have to keep filling out a separate form for each claim.

figma link

generate a copy of the PDF per claim
allow user to enter more than 1 claim (following loop pattern in the figma)
user can submit different claim types: medical claim or prescription claim

Acceptance criteria:

Given the applicant has multiple claims to submit
When they fill out the form with all their claims
Then the form should generate separate PDFs for each claim

Frontend portion of this covered in this ticket. PDF generation is a backend task, but with the frontend in place BE will be able to move on this.

@baltes @marywang2 I think we can close this ticket since the frontend portion of this (a proof of concept) has been done. The rest of the work will be backend.

The backend has been updated to support this (see Bryan's PR here). When we decide to prioritize this in the future, this frontend PR will just need to get updated/merged.
