Hello, Can I please get a PR review for https://github.com/department-of-veterans-affairs/vets-website/pull/31004? Sending this over as a teammate has already approved the PR and it's been over 24 hours since the PR was created.

Also, we tried to add our team, department-of-veterans-affairs/tmf-auth-exp-design-patterns, to the CODEOWNERS file for vets-website. However, we are unable to. Could you please help with this as well?
