In this comment we talked about moving the content that's currently in the add'l info to a separate page.
This design file shows how that would look after incorporating Keegan's feedback above. Could y'all review and drop comments with any further feedback in that file?

@benbrasso-agile6 design ticket #89998 will cover the video visit work. Appointments product folks will need to prioritize this one, so I'm not sure when this will get picked up.
It's no problem. Our release in check-in will propose a workaround for our product. E.g., what we can do in full auth vs LOROTA. Will share when it's ready for review.

think we need to keep this one open for a bit until Peter makes some movement with the unchecked items
@benbrasso-agile6 #89998 isn't high priority for us so it might be a bit. Ideally we could split the unchecked items into a separate ticket since they're really not in scope for the CC scheduling work. @shiragoodman is that an option?

@benbrasso-agile6 sorry for that delay, Shira is OOO for two weeks so I was discussing with the team before responding.
I talked with the team, and we're thinking this is fine so long as you connect the two tickets so we can keep a paper trail of the process!
