VRE 1B | Regenerate PDFs

Issue Description

_Regenerate batch of VRE 1B pdfs within the list attached below. Signature date stamp should be the date the claim was submitted (not the date the pdf was generated). File name should follow this syntax: region_28-1900_claimID Use the file name provided in Column A in the spreadsheet below (provided by Alex)._

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] Regenerate pdfs from listed on DATA tab in spreadsheet
• [ ] PDFs include date claim was submitted stamped in signature line
• [ ] File name is what is listed in column A in spreadsheet
• [ ] Zip pdf files into one folder titled: CY3_VRE1B
• [ ] Upload zip folder to VRE on VA Sharepoint here (Documents/CY 3/ CY3 Secure Folder / VR&E
