Form 22-1995: Update static pages to include Form 22-5495 #90371

Description

The product team is deprecating VA Form 22-5495. The questions from this form have been added to VA Form 22-1995. As a result, we need update these pages:

Page 4: Change your GI Bill school or program

Page 1: About VA Form 22-5495

Before we archive this page, we'll need to confirm that the redirect is working properly. Have you opened a redirect ticket?

Page 2: About VA Form 22-1995

Here's the link to the Drupal preview. Note: You need to be on the VA network to access the preview, and links on preview pages don't work.

The "form last updated" content will automatically update when the PDF is updated in the forms database. My team doesn't control that content or process.

Page 3: Change your education benefits

Here's my content recommendation for the intro in staging:

If you're a Veteran or dependent, you can use this form to request changes to your GI Bill school, program, or other VA education benefits.

Note: We recently combined this form with Dependents’ Request for Change of Program or Place of Training (VA Form 22-5495). This is now the only form to request changes to your education benefits.

Let me know if you'd like me to review any of the accuracy updates from Cinda.

@megzehn and @saratorres2, can you copyedit these pages for me?

After you copyedit these pages, can you let me know when you can reserve time to publish them this week? I'll need to coordinate that with the product team, since they'll need to publish the Form 22-1995 intro page at the same time.

After you publish these pages, we'll need to confirm that the About VA Form 22-5495 is properly redirecting to the About VA Form 22-1995. Then we'll need to archive the About VA Form 22-5495 in Drupal.

Let me know if we need to adjust this plan. Thanks for your collaboration on this!

Hi @aprocik1! Confirming that I reviewed these 2 pages:

I made some minor copy adjustments to Change your GI Bill school or program (adjusted the "Option" headers under "How do I request changes..?" and reworked the bullet list intro sentences to be full sentences).

These seem good to go from my perspective. I can publish anytime today or tomorrow. Let me know what works for you and the product team!

It seems like we should keep this ticket open until VA Form 22-5495 is redirecting and we can archive that page.

I moved this ticket to blocked, since the intake ticket is blocked. We're waiting on the product team to redirect About VA Form 22-5495 before archiving that page and closing this ticket.
