Description

Discover what is documented about the reasons for a claim denial and how that information is communicated the the submitter.. Compile this into a document about the common reasons for denial, how that information is shown to the user, and what options the user has for each denial reason.

Acceptance Criteria

[x] A document is created on GitHub documenting claim denial findings and how it is communicated to the submitter

Definition of Done

[x] All acceptance criteria are met
[x] Documentation is updated

Requirements document for the rules engine. All of the denial codes are in section 2.1.1, along with the reason title and description. The ReasonDescription field is what is shown to the user.
