[Health IA intake:] Medical Records Phase 1 - IA Spec update & staging audit

Overview

Medical Records anticipates launch to Phase 1 (to 1% of users) in September 2024. The IA spec needs to be updated to support the staging review required for this motion toward Phase 1. An audit of MR in staging should also be completed and any issues found reported to the MR team asap.

What outcome do you anticipate the fulfillment of this request to deliver?

• IA Spec is updated per the most current designs for Medical Records and accurately reflects the intended experience. This document will be used by the governance team as the source of truth for IA to analyze whether intended URLs, title tags, breadcrumbs, and site structure look as expected in the staging environment.

Timeline

When does IA review need to be completed by?

• Needed in 2 weeks, by August 25th if possible.

Update: reached out to MR team on 8/19 - can't find staging test user that has labs & tests in profile & need assistance identifying one. Will proceed to do audit & update spec document when I get that information.

Suggestions for staging review:

• Enable a test user with data in more domains than only labs & tests, so that auditors (governance team) can note any inconsistencies or problems across domains
• Enable enough lab & test results to trigger pagination so that they can audit/QA that component is working as expected
• Notify governance team that any PHI/PII concerns will be evaluated and addressed before Phase 1
