Thoughts/questions

• I see that y'all are using a simplified "continue" button with back link. For more complex forms I would want to see the back button, but this is a short form and this simplified model should work well.

Practice areas will document their feedback on the VFS-provided artifacts following the Must, Should, and Consider Framework. Platform Governance reviewers may also provide additional notes that don’t comment on the artifacts themselves but are important for implementation (eg. engineering/coding notes).

• [x] Consider: collapsing or otherwise shortening "unavailable for reorder" section Currently, users need to scroll past the list of unavailable supplies cards in order to advance through the form. As the number of medical supplies grows, the "unavailable for reorder" list could potentially be much longer. Would an accordion component or multiple additional info components be a way to make this content available to folks but shorter, with less effort to skip over it when desired?

• [ ] Consider: additional headings below stepper to introduce page content This is a nice-to-have for sure. Are there ways that an additional header on each screen might quickly convey what each screen is about and help with comprehension? Headings are already in use on Edit email address, Edit shipping address, and Available for reorder screens; having those headings on other pages would create consistency and move folks through the flow even faster.

I love this suggestion, and I agree with shortening it so users can decide if they want to review the unavailable list before continue with their orders. What do you think of this alternative?

Do you have any example from other teams that uses additional headers? Do you know what the font size and style should be for additional headers?

There's a few examples of headings on the mock form patterns that might be helpful. Those headings are usually coded as H3's. @briandeconinck might have some additional coding notes here.
