@laurwill @outerpress can we work on addressing this content feedback from Keegan during Staging Review?
This is the Figma space that we're working in for pre-check-in: https://www.figma.com/design/mVg6S9xgiQpWbAOAvptQOZ/Pre-check-in-%7C-PCI?node-id=276-22919&t=TUqfWoxfATgQ4yCl-4

@KKitagawa-Bosch can you clarify this recommendation?
I would recommend adding a sentence that links to the complete list of what to bring, so individuals have immediate access to that information.
This is the intent for the link "Find out what to bring to your appointments". This leads to a resources page with the full list.
Ah I think I see what Keegan's saying — we could make the wording a bit more clear. How about:
Bring your insurance cards and a list of your medications and other information to share with your provider. [link] Find a full list of things to bring to your appointment
I think information is a great word there! Makes it seem much clearer than things, and paired with the link after I think it'll alleviate most confusion!
Thanks @KKitagawa-Bosch @laurwill ! Just FYI for the next staging review that covers this feature on Tuesday - updated wireframes for appts web and mobile app
validated, closing

Description
Currently, the "prepare for your appointment" section includes guidance to "Bring your insurance cards, a list of medications, and other things to share with your provider." The last item on this list needs a bit more guidance, as it's currently very vague and could lead to confusion.
Recommended action
I would recommend adding a sentence that links to the complete list of what to bring, so individuals have immediate access to that information.
You could also replace the third part of the list with this sentence from the "what to bring" page: "Bring anything that might help your health care team work with you to make treatment decisions"
