Description

Currently, the "prepare for your appointment" section includes guidance to "Bring your insurance cards, a list of medications, and other things to share with your provider." The last item on this list needs a bit more guidance, as it's currently very vague and could lead to confusion.

Recommended action

I would recommend adding a sentence that links to the complete list of what to bring, so individuals have immediate access to that information.

You could also replace the third part of the list with this sentence from the "what to bring" page: "Bring anything that might help your health care team work with you to make treatment decisions"
