My team removed a flipper from vets-api. It'll continue showing in the flipper admin dashboards until someone can run Flipper.remove(: pw_ehr_cta_drupal_source_of_truth) in the Rails console for each environment, per https://depo-platform-documentation.scrollhelp.site/developer-docs/feature-toggles-guide#Featuretogglesguide-Removingold/unusedfeaturetoggles.
