I was unable to locate your email (lisa@simpson.com) in Atlas or the Platform Roster.

If you’re on a VFS team, please start the platform orientation process for VFS team members (even if you’re not new) so that you can be added to Atlas

If you’re on a Platform team, please reach out to your team leadership about getting added to the Platform Roster. (See the roster for the list of Platform teams.)

I’m closing this Issue. Please RE-OPEN when you’ve been added to either Atlas (which should happen after your Platform Orientation Template is started) or the Platform Roster and I will check again.

I see you checked the box saying you are on a Lighthouse Team. We weren’t able to find you in Atlas, but worry not! Someone from Platform support will verify you are a member of the VA org, add you to Atlas, and then get you SOCKS access.

Tier 2 DevOps Support: Verify the user is listed in the Lighthouse Roster. If they're not listed, add the 'NOT YET' label and instruct them to reach out to their Product Manager to be added. Otherwise, leave a comment saying they were found on the Lighthouse roster, add them to Atlas, then run the Check Roster workflow for this issue ("90982"). This workflow will open a SOCKS PR if they're found in Atlas.
