Adjust Figma to new approach: text input pattern for MVP and prefill pattern for a future v1.1

Background

We have adjusted our scope for MVP which means that:

• v1.0 is the text input pattern only, available to all users (auth and unauth). We'll be able to fill in any input fields for auth users, based on the information available in their profile.
• v1.1 is adding on the prefill pattern, which will reduce the amount of screens auth users will need to step through IF they have all of the information we need in their profile.

Figma designs could use a refresh to reflect this adjsutment, including things like:

1. Re-label designs to mention the pattern (as opposed to auth/unauth)
2. Include the pathway where a Veteran is completing the Veteran chapter

@mtri as I am ticketing the frontend screens, I'm linking to existing designs -- mostly in the unauth canvas, but some (like the "replace your rep" screen) will link to the auth canvas.

Calling this out as I'm a bit worried linking will be affected if the current designs change. Would ask that we stay close on what's updated so I can ensure links are still accurate OR you pursue a more aligned version in a fresh canvas and then we merge the designs and update all links in one comprehensive pass.
