Create and publish new FMB benefit detail page: Accrued benefits #91258

Description

We need to create and publish the new FMB benefit detail page about accrued benefits. This is a net-new page that doesn't currently exist on VA.gov.

We can use this Drupal draft to create this page:

Note: We should we use Semrush data to inform our updates to this H1.

Hey hey @aprocik1 and @d-beyer do y'all think this will be a R+S or a regular benefit page in fam hub?

During our weekly FMB meeting with OCTO on 8/26, we decided that this will be a net-new benefit detail page in the family hub.

Update: This page focuses exclusively on pension benefits--not disability compensation. I've confirmed that Megan Mason is the appropriate SME to review this page. They're aware of our work launching the FMB hub and migrating the legacy PDF.

Update from Beth:

Following up about Accrued benefits. Let's put that in the backlog for now and we'll see if we might be able to pull it back in and work on it toward the end of this quarter. So go ahead and shift to more of the "lift and shift" work for FMB. Thanks!

I'm moving this ticket to backlog. We'll move forward with all the other FMB work before returning to this.
