Value Statement

Close the gap between the end of the previous collection and the beginning of our stored submissions. Add any detected failures to the existing remediation sheet

Background Context

After the initial remediation collection, there may have been additional failures.

Any additional failures are added to the existing remediation plan

Sent over some more silent downstream failures for SC and HLR and added to spreadsheet to let the teams know.

Currently working through newer errors downstream, working with contact center to contact Veterans, and working with Amy on path to take for remediations.

Working through remediating newer evidence failure errors (SC and NOD evidence uploads). Need to provide them with alt submission methods (mail/fax)

Amy asked to pull the latest 4142 errors for remediation.

Annie investigated 4142 errors and most were successful on retry, and the unsuccessful ones were added to the remediation spreadsheet.

Found a few more SC errors, need to reach out to contact center to get them remediated.

Kimberley from the Contact center reached out to the 3 Veterans with SC evidence errors yesterday. No additional errors have occurred since then

Several Veteran's now have their evidence remediated.

Adding a little more of a specific update so that it's documented — we've reached out to a few more Veterans about mailing in Supplemental Claim evidence: thread 1, thread 2, thread 3.

There was also a case where we had a false positive error and asked Andrew Gray put the file directly into the Veteran's eFolder — thread

A few evidence failures came through yesterday. Derek and molly will work through this together as best as they can without molly having PIV
