• Y'all are doing some saintly work with this project. I recognize it's very complex and salute your efforts to make it so! This is an IA project so I look forward to following your research.
• I'm glad you are researching order of information within each option - whether it should be clinic first or provider first. My gut tells me that provider-first will test better and potentially be easier for screen reader users. But looking forward to hearing about your research.

As noted above, that study I think should give us insight into 2 points raised:

• order of information within each option - whether it should be clinic first or provider first. (From Erin: "My gut tells me that provider-first will test better and potentially be easier for screen reader users. But looking forward to hearing about your research.")
• "Consider: Will users think optgroup heading is selectable? " - I was thinking it might be possible to get a sense of this by looking at deadclicks on the study in Optimal Workshop? Otherwise, something to keep an eye on for future testing
