Description

As part of the Oracle Health direct scheduling effort, we need update the existing direct scheduling flow for additional flow scenarios.

Development Checklist

Background: the va_online_scheduling_OH_direct_schedule toggle is on

There are no past encounters

WHEN the user selects Nutrition and Food as a type of care
- and selects a OH VA location
- and the location supports direct scheduling for Nutrition and Food
- and there are no past encounters (this is the new patient relationships endpoint)
THEN switch to the VA Request Flow

There are no time slots available

WHEN the user selects Nutrition and Food as a type of care
