As a veteran or beneficiary, I need to know that the processes supporting my VFMP application or claim are as reliable as possible.

Acceptance criteria

Verify each item below if at all possible. Note any failed or unexpected results IN THE COMMENTS OF THIS TICKET. Create new stories to capture any needed fixes. Check off any steps that are successful and behave as expected.

• [x] Form includes expected metadata
• [ ] Form data populates on PDF as expected
• [ ] Non-US addresses populate on PDF as expected
• [x] Form is posted to s3
• [x] If applicable, ll supporting documents for the form are posted to s3
• [x] vets-api db record is created appropriately for the submit
• [x] Files are visible in staging instance of PEGA with no obvious errors or issues
• [ ] All files show the correct document type
• [x] All files have a corresponding callback in our endpoint
• [x] All corresponding callbacks have response code that reflects their transmission status
• [x] All relevant datadog graphs reflect activity for the submit

Failures and unexpected results:

Form can be submitted without error on the front end (verified by submitting the form)

• I was unable to submit a valid 11-digit South Korean phone number because the phone number validation only allows 10-digit numbers.

Form data populates on PDF as expected

• Sponsor's first name is truncated at about 22 characters
• Applicant's first name is truncated at about 23 characters
• Email address is truncated at about 33 characters
• There are probably other fields that will truncate as well

Non-US addresses populate on PDF as expected

• State truncates at 3 characters. This is probably significant.

All files show the correct document type

• The attached birth certificate was assigned a document type of "OHI Certificate". This document type is only expected for the front of health insurance card.
