Acceptance criteria

Verify each item below if at all possible. Note any failed or unexpected results IN THE COMMENTS OF THIS TICKET. Check off any steps that are successful and behave as expected.

• [x] Form includes expected metadata
• [x] Form data populates on PDF as expected
• [ ] Non-US addresses populate on PDF as expected
• [x] Form is posted to s3
• [x] If applicable, ll supporting documents for the form are posted to s3
• [x] vets-api db record is created appropriately for the submit
• [x] Files are visible in staging instance of PEGA with no obvious errors or issues
• [ ] All files show the correct document type
• [x] All files have a corresponding callback in our endpoint
• [x] All corresponding callbacks have response code that reflects their transmission status
• [x] All relevant datadog graphs reflect activity for the submit

The first time going through I ran into this weird issue where I missed Jr. but when I added it, it did nothing. It turned out the form was sorta stuck. It wouldn't recognize the signature I typed and the button stopped working. Going through it nearly identically a 2nd time there were no issues.

Able to see the PDF sent as PEGA puts the D-##### in their payload and we update the DB but I wasn't able to see them in DOCMP

Update: 9/18 Finally found the files in PEGA and they look to be correct. It's worth noting that in PEGA's system they are labeled as Miscellaneous Documents but that's a change for PEGA to make

Update: 9/20 Should we be stamping this form with a country code somewhere?
