Update developer documentation #91714

Description

Is it possible to get direct access to update developer documentation for VA Forms Library, or could we setup a collab session to update some docs for a couple hours? There's quite a lot of out of date information, and would be great to just live update it without the hassle of back and forth communications. I updated yeoman generator recently which affects what the user will see when the first create a form, and so would like to update relevant information related to that.

@jknipes as for actual content changes, what would be the best way to update these pages? Is there a place to make a pull request against a markdown file or something ? (There will be a lot of changes) I spoke with another developer recently who was confused about the out of date information.
