Background

During review of EZ facility page API update, PO suggested to review the "OR Find locations with the VA Facility locator" content & link.

How often is the link clicked?
Should we remove, since the user cannot select from facility page?
If keeping, should we update content (capital OR)?
If keeping, should we adjust to Design System guidance (opening in new tab)?

Adding a note here :) -- the "OR" and some other random cleanup -- these are addressed in the first iteration of the facilities designs - Figma link - (draft state, UX team review 8/26/24, team review scheduled 9/5/24)

Regarding how often --- we did some discovery for the facilities work and overall insurance section.
