Prompt: Something effective that helped me do my job better​ -- “promising practices” – something they did that was really effective, an example could be after an important meeting – example – in the meeting, clarify in writing, email to everyone (e.g. 5 minute lightning talk, verbal discussion to written decision) – scatter throughout the agenda (be creative about where they happen)

Kevin idea, encourage people to talk about some priorities, such as code yellow and using feedback from the team health survey of challenges people face

Agenda

• 15-20 min: Intro: get started, cushion, what to expect from the day
• 50-60 min: Lightning talks -- 4 min each, 1 min transition -- 10-12 talks
• 10-15 min: Closing remarks and offsite summary from Charles
