We should look into approaching this differently than trying to add an alert to the review page. If we added an inline message, it would appear on both pages (form page and review page)
@jessicastump , I'm wondering if we take the title from the alert and make that an inline error message of "You must add a family caregiver" and then just have a slim alert on the form page itself that just has the "Please click back or..." text.
Even if the alert did show on the review page.. the messaging would technically be wrong, because it wouldn't be an immediate back click to set the primary caregiver.
We should relook at it as a set (the content on the page and this page) and run through content/CAIA probably - the directional back language was their recommendation in the July updates but with the issue of making it work on the review page we should revisit that convo and push back there.
I like the direction of inline and slim alert combo!... will start a Figma page for us to chat through a direction or two.

The "Add a Caregiver" alert box is missing on the "Review and submit" page. The user receives an error but there isn't any info on why the user is seeing an error.
