Change "Go back to previous..." link in intro text of MHV landing page #92342

Environment: Staging Test user: vets.gov.user+0@gmail.com

The "Go back to previous version of My HealtheVet" link on the intro text of MHV landing page currently directs user to this URL: https://sqa.eauth.va.gov/mhv-portal-web/download-my-data. After discussing with team on slack, this should direct users to the previous version of the MHV home page instead of the Medical Records page on the national portal.

Actual results: Users are directed to https://sqa.eauth.va.gov/mhv-portal-web/download-my-data

Expected results: Users are directed to the MHV home page on the national portal.
