Please provide a description and supporting information for the new best bet, or the existing best bet you want to change. Include any research or data you have to support the request.

• The recently released https://www.va.gov/resources/getting-started-with-va/ shows up on search for articles on "Resources and Support", but doesn't show up on "All VA.gov"
• "getting started with VA" doesn't show meaningful results when searching
• "Get started" brings up the older https://www.va.gov/getstarted/ page with PDFs (not as best bet, but first general result). I believe we are trying to de-prioritize this page over time.
