[Bug] Header 1 title is incorrect when submitting a request (second request)

Summary

The behavior is not correct when submitting the same type of care appointment request for the second time in the scheduling workflow.

QA from the SPL team detected this issue. Reference: VAOSR-85920

Specs

• Browser: Google Chrome

Steps to Reproduce

Test User: judy.morrison@id.me or cecil.morgan@id.me

1. Go to: staging.va.gov/
2. Start schedule
3. Select Type of care Nutrition and food
4. Select Dayton VA facility
5. Select No, I need a different clinic
6. Go through the request flow and click Submit
7. Once the user is on the confirmation request details page, click Cancel and go through the cancel request workflow
8. User should see header 'You have canceled your requestinstead ofWe have received your request`

Desired Result

The correct header should display "We have received your request."
