I already have Figma comment access, but we've realized recently that we need edit access as well to be able to create and maintain user flows along with teams in their figjam/figma files.

Hi! I'm afraid we're super tight on seats. Could you ask teams to create their flows in Mural so everyone can access/contribute?

We do currently do that, but some designers are maintaining their flows in figma and seem really resistant to using a separate tool. The result is that we see a lot of designers going straight into figma hi-fi screens to work out the user flow, rather than creating and maintaining user flows, and it is really difficult for CAIA content+IA to follow the logic of the thing they're building. We had an idea of creating a user flow template and more guidlines in figjam that teams could copy into their design files. We do have access to edit/create in figjam, but when it gets copied into their design file, we lose that functionality. So this lack of access is making it really difficult to effectively embed with teams.
