I skipped to "step two" as described by the docs and created a ticket via "YourIT". After a few days, I was told that I was denied for elevated privileges, and should just use my Okta account to access dashboards. I didn't realize that I already had an Okta account.
Maybe I misunderstood the docs, or maybe they're out of date? Otherwise, maybe there should be another section about "general VFS team access" that just mentions the requirement of an Okta account and PIV in order to have "read" access to Datadog. Are these the general access privileges that most people will need for product teams (i.e. non-DevOps team members)?
Hi @DanielMiller-agile6 , thanks for your content suggestions. The Platform Content team will review your request and put it in our backlog to refine for next steps.
Description
While attempting to access Datadog dashboards, I found this page in platform docs: https://depo-platform-documentation.scrollhelp.site/developer-docs/get-access-to-datadog
