Hello!! The "10-10CG" is autopopulated on the ticket template to make changes to a product on the directory. Some folks who submit changes do not update that field (it is the first dropdown on the template) and my 10-10CG product info gets changed constantly. Is there any way we can change that first drop down to not be autopopulated on the 10-10CG? I have mentioned this before, but it has been a while. Thanks!
