Issue description

We need to work on the labels, and the team will add updates to the mock pattern library while we work with Matt Dingee to add them to the Design System.

Tasks

[ ] Draft/edit labels
[ ] Share with requesting team
[ ] Follow up with Matt Dingee to update Design System

@megzehn let's look at this whenever you're back in office — in addition to the review we did for Jaci in Figma, I think we might need to add some field labels/errors in content considerations section of this pattern.
