Greetings @gia-lexa thank you for reaching out to support. I am not seeing you in Atlas or on the VFS Team Roster, For users on a VFS team but not listed as a team member in Atlas, they must start the Platform orientation process
Take a look and let me know if you need additional assistance with this.
Thank you for getting back to me, @AnthonyWFlowers! Hmm, I did complete orientation when I started about a year and half ago. I was on Platform then, but I've since moved to Lighthouse. Can you confirm if orientation needs to be redone in this case? If so I can get started on it. Thanks!
Sure @gia-lexa let me ask around to be sure if the process is the same or different for LH. Thank you!

ArgoCD terminal access requested for the following environments
Additional Notes
This is my original SOCKS access request, showing I had eQIP adjudication: #56373
Up until recently, I had Argo access and still require it as I am one of the on-call production support personnel for the Lighthouse Benefits Intake, Appeals, and Forms APIs team. I regularly work on production support issues, which require access to the vets-api terminal. Thank you friends!
