526 Form Flow Mural Maintenance #93132

Description

We maintain the 526 Form Flow Mural as a reference resource across teams (disability crew, CC, CAIA...). As time has gone on the Mural has gotten a bit messy, and we need to do some cleanup and clarify the READ ME guidelines as to how teams can utilize it and make updates.

Some ideas on first steps that may need refinement...

  1. Stickie cleanup. Purple, green, yellow, orange might be archived and deleted altogether, black might need updating, pink might need updating/responding. We also need to update the READ ME with better guidelines for adding stickies - like adding a date and name to everything, or commenting with @ tags for things that require an immediate response.   2. READ ME update. We've chatted with Team 1 about having each team make updates to the flow for changes they worked on. This may also apply to CC and other teams. READ ME text should be tweaked to clarify this.
  3. "Use case" cleanup. We should determine the best approach for the "use case" dashed rainbow lines, which have gotten a little chaotic. Maybe we decide to delete them entirely, pare down the number of use cases, or just clean up the definitions Image

I might also propose that we revisit how we handle capturing sub-steps in the flow. The structure of the form as it's currently documented is pretty hard to follow. I'm experimenting with an approach to capture these flows in our work on the 0781 that I'm hoping we can apply.
