When Veterans submit their claim application and the application fails there is currently no notification that goes out to the Veteran to make them aware of this situation. We are not sure how often this occurs, but we want to be able to provide a notification to the Veteran when their application fails.
To Do's
[ ] Check Slack and previous tickets for any information on failed application submissions and compile them into a repository. Include open questions, research questions, etc.
[ ] Connect with the engineer and/or Google Analytics to determine how often this error is happening
[ ] Review the figma file for proposed language copy
[ ] Draft possible solutions using best practices
[ ] Determine if this would be a VA Notify situation
[ ] Determine if content needs to be created
