As a team member, I would like accurate tagging on our DD alerts so that I know what we're getting an alert for and can address it accordingly.

[x] Review Monitor Tagging Page
[x] Update VSA 1010 vs 1010 health apps
[x] Make sure Service tag is correct (we think it should be healthcare application)
[x] Create Dependency Tag
[ ] Success: We have updated out DD Monitoring tags
