We know from INSERT SOURCES that Veterans and/or their caretakers sometimes enter addresses inaccurately, and the existing systems accept these malformed or incorrect addresses. This can lead to Veterans not receiving communications and, ultimately, services and benefits.
How might we identify and prioritize opportunities to make changes in the Profile UI that might prevent entry errors?
Our hypothesis is that through heuristic evaluation and competitive analysis between the existing patterns on VA Profile and patterns common in other design systems, we might identify issues and recommend changes.
Tasks
[ ] Identify and document (screen shots included) where the current UI on Staging allows for malformed addresses to be entered by users
[ ] Document past research on entry errors and severity
