When drafting a new message, the user must save or delete a draft of the message in order to visit the contact list. If a user chooses to save the draft message, they are not able to return to the message they drafted after updating the contact list. Selecting back on the contact list sends the user back to a blank new-message page rather than to the message being drafted before.

1. From Messages, select Start a new message.
2. On the following page, select the "Continue to start message" button
3. Fill in all of the required fields on the new message page.
4. Select the "save draft" button
5. Expand the "If you can't find your team" additional info component and visit the "Show more teams in your contact list" link
6. Select more teams and select Save contact list
7. Select Back
8. You'll be taken to the "Only use messages for non-urgent needs" page, rather than the draft email you just created.
Recommended action
Update the routing for "back" if a message has been saved as a draft, to ensure that users can access the draft message they just created.
