I have a review instance on this PR: https://github.com/department-of-veterans-affairs/content-build/pull/2288 that has not been working. When the CI ran the first time, the review instance would not resolve in the browser (it was just loading for a long time). When I re-ran the Jenkins job, it's loading for a while, and then loading the "This site can't be reached" page. Jenkins jobs: http://jenkins.vfs.va.gov/blue/organizations/jenkins/testing%2Fcontent-build/detail/19239-fix-hours-wrapping/7/pipeline
