Description

User story

As a Cartography team member, I want to know how much we can optimize a unified app experience by loading data early for particular sub-apps

Notes

A specific app may be used a lot more than others and may be worth preloading information before the user opens that page. We will need to determine if we should preload for any of them.
Note: We can potentially look at analytics to determine app usage metrics.
Cross-reference with API calls summary from https://github.com/department-of-veterans-affairs/va.gov-team/issues/94045

Possible tasks:

Look at most common apps/paths in analytics
Compare common paths to API calls made and consider what data is used earlier in user session

Acceptance criteria

Document your findings on what app data should be preloaded.

Per Eng refinement:

There is a question about whether we should do this work given it might make more sense to explore this if/when we move forward with the SPA, not as part of the prototype exploration.

Maybe this is optional, or not needed for the investigation portion.
