As a VFS Team Member, I need to know the steps for conducting research, so I can create the best experience for veterans using va.gov

Issue Description

Platform Content team needs to check ~20 documents for launch blockers, resulting from a large number of changes to the Research section of Research and design space on Platform website.

Update: We received a Slack message from Jeana Clark on 10/2/2024 that a link on the page listed below prompted her to login to Confluence. After review, most of the links go to website draft space or undeveloped pages in R&D space.
