Covers these checklist items: Does more than one person look at the Slack notifications channel containing errors on a daily basis? It has 43 people in it, and some combination monitor every day. However, we need a more explicit rotation of ownership and a playbook for response. Do the team members monitoring the Slack channel have a system for acknowledging and responding to the errors that appear there? The team does not have a sufficient system for acknowledging and responding to all errors.
