[Research] 10-10CG - Caregiver + facility study synthesis

Issue Description

Benefit to the Veteran / Caregiver: Improve the online form experience, usability and content by gathering feedback from people who could be applying for the caregiver program.

Where: As part of the research process, need to synthesize and review notes and findings from the conducted studies.

Why: Determine what insights surfaced from the sessions to bring back to business stakeholders and online form ux roadmap initiatives.

What: Making sure all notes and details and synthesized and organized in way on the Mural board, that we can create the findings document and presentation.

Tasks

• [ ] Upload transcripts scrubbed of PII and any other details to research folder on github
• [ ] Update summary cards on Mural board
• [ ] Complete summary table on Mural board mapping to research questions
• [ ] Synthesize into themes (possible working UX session to schedule)
• [ ] Create a high level executive summary doc/outline
• [ ] Review with VA Design Lead (Lois) at UX weekly sync and PM

Acceptance Criteria

• Research synthesis and outline is ready to create findings doc and presentation deck

@aagosto90 thinking we can point this a 5 and work on along with completing the sessions next week? We have another ticket for actually creating the findings doc and presentation.

I've also updated the summary table to be more clear in mapping to the research questions from the plan :)
