User Story

As a Governance team member, I want to participate in the Cognitive Walkthrough exercise so that I can develop a better understanding of where our process may need to change with the addition of the mobile app.

As a Governance team member leading the Cognitive walkthrough, I want to capture observations and document findings from the exercise so that we have a better understanding of what we learned from the research.

Description

In ticket #93601 we defined our plan for completing the Cognitive Walkthrough. In this ticket, we will complete the exercise. After the exercise is completed, we will finalize the output artifacts including an Annotated Collab Cycle process map(s), a high-level list of needed changes for the collaboration cycle, as well as assemble our Research Findings.
