Burial: Find Silent failures back to code yellow

Issue Description

The purpose of this ticket is to find and remediate Burial silent failures going back to Code Yellow dates. Note: Overall Mural suggests April 2018 code yellow date but Sanja is also working to confirm Code yellow dates.

• [ ] _Identify if any failures not yet remediated exist dating back to March 3, 2024
• [ ] _If found, create ZSF remediation ticket(s)
  • Add to Milestone: PBP ZSF | Stage 1 (Remediate/Action Needed Emails)
  • Add labels burial, zero-silent-failure and ZSF:Remediation
  • Assign to sanjabaj2
• [ ] _If none are found update the ZSF checklist with a note that none were identified

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] _Remediation tickets created and/or checklist updated to note no failures identified in this effort.
