As a new benefits portfolio team, we need to establish communications with other teams that impact the work we will be doing. We would like to set up a meeting with Caseflow team members in order to establish a relationship and set up a cadence for recurring sessions to address ongoing questions and concerns.

Important detail: One of the main things we want to get out of this session is an understanding of how to call the Caseflow API in a staging/UAT environment in order to map out the shape of the data relationships observed with different types of appeals (legacy, AMA) and docket types (NOD, evidence, hearing, direct ).
