ZSF | Remediate SharePoint pdfs

Issue Description

For the silent failure claims that were uploaded to SharePoint for remediation, Emily noticed that a 686/674 claim was missing a pdf and a VRE claim included an incorrect date stamp.

Tasks

• [x] Locate and upload the missing 686/674 pdf
  • 08-24-24_Form686-674:
    • ID# 9418101 does not show a PDF
    • ID# 9061565 does not show a PDF
• [x] Regenerate the 09-12-24_Form28-1900VRE.zip pdf with the date the claim was submitted (rather than the date the pdf was created)

Acceptance Criteria

• [x] 686/674 08-24-24 claims has been corrected in SharePoint

• [x] VRE claim has been corrected in SharePoint

No need to regenerate the 9/12/24 VRE claim. The claim's creation date was 9/12/24.

I've regenerated the two 686c pdfs and put them in their respective folders on sharepoint.
