Post launch of the forms status MVP our team and the VFF team will need to have a process by which teams can come to us to get their forms added to the forms submission status feature, i.e. have their forms show up on My VA once the user has clicked submit to track the status to the system of record. Auth Experience and VFF will need some kind of "in-take" process to capture and prioritize these requests as they come in.
Potential datapoints needed per form request:
form name
form number/ID
purpose/description of form
form owners (team, points of contact)
database (i.e. VBMS...?)
statuses (what statuses does the forms system of record use so we can map them to the statuses we show on My VA)
can the form be submitted as LOA1 user or do they need to be verified/LOA3 (for dev and testing purposes)

[ ] Discuss required data points with devs to ensure they have what they would need from a technical perspective
