How does a user indicate that they are done with a current step (nothing more to add).

This UX ticket is to help add clarity around:

Can they mark a step as "ready" for review or "in progress"
What if there are errors around specifying elements of the pattern (no defaults?)
What if a pattern doesn't fit?
What if they need content support prior to submission (CAIA involvement)

Deliverables will include wireframes and discussions with SME, PO and Team at large.

By allowing the user to walk through a recently added step we are also indicating when a step has been added. The user can also remove a step at a later date, cancel adding a step, or review the added step.

This has been reflected in the shared deck for the Option 1b, as well as in the prototype for Nov
